The lesson starts with two review questions and a hook. The teaching slides then present new knowledge in clear stages and then there are two varied tasks to engage children's interest. Teachers can choose one or more of these to ensure that their pupils understand how the sound of instruments change. The occupational slide at the end of the lesson gives children the opportunity to learn about what a musician does. Finally, there are suggestions for additional tasks to deepen learning or tasks to do at home.
