This Year 5 Check Answers (Recap) Reasoning and Problem Solving worksheet revisits how to round numbers in calculations to give an approximate idea of the size of the answer. Children will use rounding to estimate solutions to calculations linked to real-life contexts, round calculations to prove if they have been correctly solved and explore numbers that round to satisfy conditions.
