If you're looking to start your new science topic on materials, don't forget to check out this Year 5 Properties and Changes of Materials Pre-Unit Assessment! It includes a range of questions that check what your children already know about the topic from previously-taught objectives in other year groups.

We also have a post-unit assessment for this topic, allowing you to check what children have learnt from the past few weeks of teaching, too!
