Use this Year 5 Recognising Relative Clauses Application and Reasoning worksheet to challenge pupils understanding of how to recognise relative clauses. With one application and two reasoning questions, children are asked to identify which sentence uses a relative clause correctly, explain if the relative clause provides the correct information and explain if the relative clause has been used correctly.

This differentiated resource provides you with a choice of three levels meaning that there is something for everyone to access. All answers are provided too.
