This Year 6 Add or Multiply? Teaching PowerPoint allows children the chance to explore additive and multiplicative relationships between numbers.

The learning is broken into Let’s Learn sections, where new learning and vocabulary is modelled and Let’s Practise sections, where pupils immediately apply what has been taught in small sections.

To deepen understanding, this resource includes a reasoning question and a problem solving question to give children the opportunity to apply knowledge in new contexts.
