Division Using Factors Prior Learning

Worksheet

Get your class prepared for using factors for divisions by allowing them to complete our Year 6 Division Using Factors Prior Learning worksheet. This resource includes a variety of questions based on an objective covered in year 5 that can be used as a stepping stone into the new learning that will take place in this lesson. There's three varied fluency questions, two problem-solving questions and a reasoning question for children to complete.

Use this as the start of your lesson to gauge where children are at with their factors and division knowledge. Alternatively, this can be used in an intervention session or as an early morning task; the choice is yours. No need to work out the answers as we've included those in the resource too!
