Support understanding of how to draw pie charts by using this resource.

This Year 6 Draw Pie Charts Varied Fluency worksheet helps children with drawing pie charts by relating back to knowledge about angles around a point. Children will begin by drawing simple sectors such as 50%, 25% or one eighth in the first question, then in following questions they will complete a table to explore the relationship between data and the angle it needs for a segment of a pie chart to draw pie charts that use parts that are multiples of 10 degrees and finally any numbers. All answers are also included so that marking is as easy as possible!

A reasoning and problem solving resource is also available for this small step.

Protractors are required for this lesson.
