What’s included in the Year 6 Living Things and their Habitats 5-Minute Science resource and why is it useful?

Year 6 Living Things and their Habitats 5-Minute Science is a set of three revision worksheets covering the whole topic of living things and their habitats. These have been designed to give your children up to three opportunities to engage in deliberate practice outside of the teaching of the topic. This resource covers how living things are classified into broad groups, including microorganisms, plants and animals, the reasons for classifying plants and animals by their characteristics, vertebrates and invertebrates, flowering and non-flowering plants, and the five types of microorganism.
