This Year 6 Miles and Kilometres Reasoning and Problem Solving worksheet helps children apply the fact that 5 miles is approximately equal to 8 kilometres to answer a range of questions. Children will explain whether a distance in miles has been correctly converted to km, investigate distances that satisfy criteria for a problem and identify who has travelled the furthest from a set of distances. All answers are also included so that marking is as easy as possible!
