This KS1 The Tin Forest Writing Prompt resource encourages children to think about new creations that the old man could have built. We've included a range of objects that children can use to create a new animal before describing the animals in terms of appearance and how they move. This resource could form part of the main lesson and is to be completed independently or in pairs.
