English Year 1: (1G5.2) Introduction to full stops to demarcate sentences

English Year 1: Terminology for pupils: (1G5.2) full stop

Differentiation:

Questions 1, 4 and 7 (Varied Fluency)
Developing Circle the full stops that are in the wrong places. Including use of the most frequently used letters (e, o, t, a, n, h, r, i, s) in CVC words. The first 100 high frequency words may also be used.
Expected Circle the full stops that are in the wrong places. Including use of the most frequently used letters and the next most frequently used letters (d, l, y, m, w, u, g, f, c, b) in CCVC/ CVCC words. The first 100 high frequency words may also be used.
Greater Depth Circle the full stops that are in the wrong places. Including use of the least frequently used letters (k, v, p, x, j, z, q) in longer words. Year 1 spelling appendix words may also be used.

Questions 2, 5 and 8 (Varied Fluency)
