This Year 2 Add 2-Digit Numbers and 1-Digit Numbers IWB Activity includes three questions to check pupils’ understanding of adding 2-digit numbers to 1-digit numbers using efficient methods to cross the tens. Pupils need to select all the statements that match to a worked calculation, identify whether a statement about two worked calculations is true or false and match number sentences to calculations to show efficient methods of addition.
