Y1
This Year 1 Dates lesson covers the prior learning of using time vocabulary, before moving onto the main skill of using the days of the week and the months of the year.
The lesson starts with a prior learning worksheet to check pupils’ understanding. If they need more practice, you can choose other resources for this step. The interactive lesson slides recap the prior learning before moving on to the main skill. Children can then practise further by completing the activities and can extend their learning by completing an engaging extension task.
