Looking for templates for a 'Wanted' poster? This EYFS Year 1 Wanted Templates Colour resource has two different types for you to chose from. Both are in colour. One version has wide lines and larger picture area and the second has narrow lines for children with increased stamina for writing.
They are great for allowing children to convey their understanding of story characters and are brilliant opportunities for character descriptions.
The children can both draw and write short descriptions about characters.
They can be used during specific writing sessions but also independently in writing or mark making areas.

- Write recognisable letters, most of which are correctly formed
- Spell words by identifying sounds in them and representing the sounds with a letter or letters
- Write simple phrases and sentences that can be read by others
