Our KS1 Courageous Individuals resource has been designed to help children learn about the value of courage and significant individuals such as Rosa Parks, Emmeline Pankhurst, Nelson Mandela and even Roselle the Labrador retriever!

It looks at what it means to show courage and how it's unique to each individual too. This resource also reminds children that it's important to act within the law and that we don't hurt other people.

This resource would be suitable for whole KS1 assemblies or as part of a class assembly.
