This KS2 Goodnight Mister Tom Chapter 10 Whole Class Guided Reading includes differentiated questions and activities based on chapter 10 of the popular novel by Michelle Magorian. In this chapter, Willie is visiting Zach at the Littles' cottage, with George, Carrie and Ginnie. They are waiting for a package from Zach's parents. Tom drops off the suitcase for Zach and the children take it up to his bedroom to look through it. Zach shows off his tap dancing skills and the others are impressed, but Mrs Little complains about the noise and the mess. Willie offers to ask if they can come to his house next. Back home, Tom notices Willie is not himself and asks him what has happened.

To ensure clear differentiation, our questions have been colour-coded and come complete with answers. Differentiated challenge tasks have also been included and focus upon adverbs, synonyms, conjunctions and types of nouns.
