Please note that we do not have reading skills resources for every chapter of this book. Every effort has been made to ensure a wide range of questions have been included in the chapters we have resourced, covering each content domain.

In this Skellig Chapter 15 Reading Skills pack, you will find a flexible and plentiful selection of questions which will make discussing the next chapter of David Almond's book a doddle! This resource works brilliantly whether you read with your whole class or smaller groups.

The first section of this resource provides you with questions and answers to use as you read the text, arranged by reading content domain and covering all eight of them. This means you can easily choose to focus on one, two or all of them! The second section is a sheet of our written answer practice, which mimics the tasks found on SATs reading papers, and helps your children to gain the skills and experience they need to answer these sorts of questions with confidence. Answers are provided for this section too!
