Use this Year 1 What do we Mean by Evergreen and Deciduous? Investigation Lesson to help your children learn more about the differences between evergreen and deciduous trees.

In this Year 1 lesson, pupils will recap the different parts of a tree and identify the similarities and differences between plants. They will identify different evergreen and deciduous trees that are found in the UK and the key differences. They will then have the opportunity to get out into the world and do some investigations around these types of trees!
