Do you want to challenge and enhance your children's knowledge of time? Let them loose on this Year 3 Tell the Time to 5 Minutes Discussion Problem. This worksheet includes two challenging problems for children to showcase their knowledge of telling the time to 5 minutes. The first question requires a methodical approach and the second question offers the opportunity to explore children's understanding. Both questions come with an example answer for children to compare their outcomes with.

This can be used in class as a paired or small group activity at the end of your lesson. Alternatively, you could use this in an intervention, or for competent learners, as a homework activity.
