Begin your recognising factor pairs with this Year 4 Factor Pairs prior learning worksheet. Children will secure their skills and use arrays to find factor pairs across a variety of questions including three varied fluency questions, two reasoning style questions and a problem solving question. This worksheet covers objectives from previous year groups in order to prepare children for the new learning that takes place during the rest of this lesson and accompanying resources.

Why not use this worksheet to gauge how familiar children are in their multiplication knowledge before moving onto the main teaching in this lesson. Alternatively, this resource could be used to offer further support or additional challenge where children need it. A fully explained answer sheet is provided to speed up marking too.
