This Year 4 Sequencing Paragraphs writing task allows your children to demonstrate their use of paragraphs. They are presented with a fact file to fill in about a dragon and from there they can use a word bank of fronted adverbials to write a non-chronological report about their dragon.

This application activity allows children to really embed their knowledge of sequencing paragraphs.

This worksheet also comes with a model answer which could be shared with the children as a model answer, or used to aid your marking.
