When it comes to reasoning and problem solving, our discussion problems are unrivalled! In this Year 6 Mixed Questions with Fractions Discussion Problem, we have created two questions designed to get children talking about their methods of working out and the answers they arrive at. The questions are in-depth and often have several possible answers. Speaking of, an answer page that includes an example answer is included with this resource. Try letting your children mark their own work, or that of a partner, to encourage even more discussion and self-correction.
