This little Year 6 Read and Write Numbers to 10000000 challenge just gets children thinking about how to form numbers up to ten million. Some clues are encouraged to give children the opportunity to think carefully about how to read and write numbers. The idea is to use this resource with the mathematically more-able students in the class, and to get them to work collaboratively and use mathematical language. An answer sheet is also provided.
