This Year 6 Use the Ratio Symbol Reasoning and Problem Solving worksheet teaches children that the ratio symbol shows the relationship between a number of items. Children will revisit representations from the previous step and identify errors linked to ratio made by talking heads; they will then handle items linked to given ratios and finally write ratios that satisfy given conditions in real-world contexts. All answers are also included so that marking is as easy as possible!
