This Year 6 Use the Ratio Symbol Varied Fluency worksheet teaches children that the ratio symbol shows the relationship between a number of items. Children will revisit representations from the previous step to develop that prior knowledge using the ratio symbol and explain how many items there are, representing that using ratio; they will then match statements explaining given ratios and finally write ratios to show the relationship between items. All answers are also included so that marking is as easy as possible!
