# Introducing Greater Than, Less Than and Equal To Lesson

This Year 1 Introducing Greater Than, Less Than and Equal To lesson covers the prior learning of comparing objects and the +, – and = symbols, before moving onto the main skill of comparing objects and numbers using the comparison symbols.

The lesson starts with a prior learning worksheet to check pupils’ understanding. If they need more practice, you can choose other resources for that step. The interactive lesson slides recap the prior learning before moving on to the main skill.
