Measure Mass Lesson

This Year 1 Measure Mass lesson covers the prior learning of using everyday language to describe weight, before moving onto the main skill of measuring mass.

The lesson starts with a prior learning worksheet to check pupils’ understanding. If they need more practice, you can choose other resources for the step. The interactive lesson slides recap the prior learning before moving on to the main skill. Children can then practise further by completing the activities and can extend their learning by completing an engaging extension task.
