This EYFS Humpty Dumpty Jigsaw activity allows children to develop their fine motor skills. Children can practise their scissor skills by cutting out the jigsaw and then sort the different pieces to put Humpty back together again.

It covers the following objectives for children in reception:

Develop their small motor skills so that they can use a range of tools competently, safely and confidently. Suggested tools: pencils for drawing and writing, paintbrushes, scissors, knives, forks and spoons.
