Verb Agreement Test Practice

Worksheet
An image of the Verb Agreement Test Practice Resource

No need to feel tense when it comes to assessing children's understanding of verbs. Use this Key Stage 2 Verb Agreement Test Practice instead! This resource has been differentiated into three challenge levels and is suitable for all children in key stage 2. Each level of challenge includes two tests and children must identify the correct verb for the missing word in the sentence. There are six questions on each test paper and these are multiple choice questions.

Use this in class as an assessment tool to show progress throughout the year. It can also inform you of any gaps in learning and these can be addressed in a future intervention. Each test comes with a handy answer page that will make marking easy, or give them to the children for them to peer or self-assess their work.

Differentiation:
Beginner Two options to choose from.
Easy Three options to choose from.
Tricky Four options to choose from.
