Challenge pupils' understanding of multiples of 10 up to 50 with our Year 1 20, 30, 40 and 50 Discussion Problem. Children will identify different routes through a maze that count up in 10s to 50. The maze has various possible routes, so children can spend time exploring the multiple answers.

You could extend the children further by asking them to create their own maze for a friend to solve! We've included space under the question to do this. Children could also work in pairs or small groups to complete this activity.
