Our Year 3 Hundreds Supporting Activities have been designed to practise the skill of adding hundreds. Children will work in small groups and take it turns to place down either 1, 2 or 3 base-10 hundred blocks. The winner is the first person to reach 1000 exactly. Once finished, a second activity awaits! Our supporting activities come with clear and concise instructions, along with an example of how to play.

Curriculum Objectives

  • Count from 0 in multiples of 4, 8, 50 and 100
  • Identify, represent and estimate numbers using different representations
