Use this Year 5 Converting Kilometres Reasoning and Problem Solving resource to allow your pupils to apply their knowledge of converting between units of measurement. In the first question, they convert between kilometres and metres to select measurements which complete a comparison statement. In the second and third questions, they identify whether an answer is correct and explain their ideas using mathematical language. Each question has two similar parts to promote confidence.

An answer sheet is provided to support teachers with marking and pupils with self-marking.
