Use this Year 5 Using Devices to Build Cohesion Modelling PPT to provide children with a range of sample texts and questions which focuses on using and identifying a range of cohesive devices within paragraphs of text.

This teaching resource could be used to model how to succinctly answer fluency, reasoning or application questions with your whole class or with small groups of children. It can also be used to model text marking and how to find key information within texts.
