Consolidate understanding of how to calculate angles in triangles by using this resource.

This Year 6 Angles in Triangles Fluency Matrix worksheet helps children use the knowledge that all angles in a triangle add to 180 degrees to calculate the value of missing angles by using known facts about the four types of triangle (equilateral, isosceles, right-angled and scalene). Over nine questions that increase in challenge, children will explore how to identify different triangles and use given information to find missing angles, initially supported with visual representations. All answers are also included so that marking is as easy as possible!

A varied fluency worksheet and reasoning and problem solving resource are also available for this small step.
