This document includes a timetable with a proposed overview for the whole year, so that you can see where this fits in with other grammar work. In addition, there are links to where the work meets a national curriculum objective and there's a suggested breakdown of these objectives into a sequenced set of lessons. Each lesson, or small step, has its own page with a notes and guidance section that suggests what children should already know when they begin this unit of work, and there's an expected outcome shared too. There's also a set of focused questions that can be used at the start of the lesson, or throughout to check children's understanding.
