Check children's understanding of using suffixes in spellings with this KS1 Adding Suffixes Test Practice resource. We've created twelve questions per worksheet to give children the opportunity to showcase their knowledge of different suffixes. The suffixes have been grouped into four sets and there's a test for each group. There's no need to worry about differentiating this resource as it comes with four levels of challenge too.

Use this resource as an independent task throughout your unit of work on suffixes to inform you of any gaps in children's learning. The outcomes may result in an intervention group idea to tackle or further develop children's knowledge. You could also use this as a homework task or an extension activity; it's entirely up to you! There's an easy-to-use answer page for each test too.
