Use this Year 1 Adding ‘-s’ or ‘-es’ Prior Learning resource to support new learning by recapping adding ‘-es’ from the previous step. With three fluency and two reasoning and one application question, children can familiarise themselves again with adding ‘-es’ to show plurals.

This worksheet could be used individually or in small groups for children who may be struggling or simply need a little extra support with these plurals.
