In this Year 2 investigation lesson, pupils will recap why wool is best to use when making a blanket, then engage in a practical investigation to observe which materials change shape when they are squeezed, bent, twisted, stretched or squashed. Their findings will also include taking note of whether each material goes back to its original shape or not.
