Worksheet

Use this Year 6 Subjunctive Form in Formal Speech and Writing Application worksheet to challenge your children's knowledge and understanding of the subjunctive form. Presented with images and a word bank to support, children must write signs that could be found around a theme park, using the subjunctive form to achieve a formal tone.

This writing task could be used as an end of unit assessment piece or used as a guided writing model for the whole class or smaller groups of children. A modelled answer is provided to support all teaching staff.
