Use this Year 6 Identifying Clauses Homework to check understanding of how to identify clauses. As well as homework, it also has the flexibility to be used for extension in the main lesson or for intervention support.
The worksheet asks children to find subordinating conjunctions and subordinate clauses. It also encourages children to write their own sentences with a main and a subordinate clause. It also comes complete with an answer sheet to ensure marking is as quick as possible!
