World Mental Health Day (10th Oct)

World Mental Health Day is an opportunity to talk about mental health, how we need to look after it, and how important it is to talk about things and get help if you are struggling. It is important that children feel comfortable to start to understand their own mental health. We are sharing a range of different texts which consider different emotions in an age-appropriate way. We are also delighted to share some resources and activities that will encourage children to talk about their own mental health.
